ABSTRACT
Os autores apresentam um caso de doença de Paget da mama em homem, com documentação do estudo anatomopatológico e imunoistoquímico, da mamografia, do linfonodo sentinela e do tratamento preconizado. Discutem ainda a importância do estudo desta patologia no homem e as questões relativas ao prognóstico.
The authors present a case of Paget's disease of the male breast showing pathological and imunohistochemical studies, mammography, sentinel lymph nodo evaluation and the given treatment. They also discuss the study of the pathology in man and the prognosis.
